Our process is simple ... If you type the model of your
printer at checkout, we will verify that the cartridges you ordered are correct
for your printer. If not, we will contact you and make sure the order is
correct before processing.
And if the cartridges you received are incorrect for the
printer models you gave us, we'll pay you all the costs to get them right on
the ASAP. If you open them and they are not refundable, we will bear the loss
ourselves.
Also, if any original toner cartridge fails, we will work

and warranties but we will try our best to solve the problem.
Or if any compatible cartridge fails, we will send the

defective cartridge to us.
And to take this one step further ... If you have a problem
with your printer when using the "compatible" toner cartridge we
provided ... contact us

Some reasons why a new toner cartridge may not work
1. There are many different cartridges to choose from ... and
many of them look the same ... it's easy to get it wrong. What many people
don't understand is that each cartridge is only made for a specific machine.
They are not interchangeable. It effortlessly slips into place on the printer.
Make sure it's the right color for the slot it contains. You need to use the
right toner cartridge at the end of the story.
2. Sometimes a physical deformity or damage can prevent the
cartridge from fitting properly. Some ink cartridges have a latch or clip that
breaks easily.
3. Some cartridges give a lot of resistance until the seal is
perforated. This seems to affect brother printers in particular and requires a
bit more pressure. Lots of our customers have said this problem.
Is the chip entity read correctly by the printer?
In our experience, this is a common reason why a new toner cartridge does not work. If it is
the wrong chip or the wrong version, communication will fail. This results in
error messages and a printer that refuses to handle.
Here are some things to try when you have a "new ink
cartridge not working" microchip problem: remove the cartridge, delete the
microchip, and fit it firmly to the printer. Some printers can fix the problem:
* Removing all cartridges
* Unplugging the printer power supply for 30 seconds
* Turn it on again
* And then the printers ask them instead of each letter
